How Our Hire Process Works

Pricing & Rental Periods

Our pricing is simple and transparent:

1 to 4 days hire flat rate fee. Thus if you hire it for 1 days or 4 days the same rate applies.
Additional days: +15% per extra day (automatically calculated)

Example (1.8 m Table @ $40):

4 days = $40
1 week ≈ $58
1 month ≈ $196

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking (no deposit option).
A refundable bond of $100 per order applies and is refunded once all items are returned in good condition.

Add the tables and chairs you’d like to hire to your cart. Pick your pickup and return dates — the system will show real-time availability. Pay in full to confirm your booking instantly.
Collect Your Order: Pick up your items from our warehouse on the start date you selected.
Enjoy Your Event: Have a fantastic party, celebration, or function with your beautiful rustic tables.
Return Your Items: Bring everything back on or before your chosen return date.
We normally offer pickup only from our warehouse:
Monday – Friday 9 am – 3 pm | Saturday 10 am – 12 pm

Pickup Requirements for Short-Term Hire

Short-term hire is pickup only, and customers are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable vehicle to safely transport the items.

The ideal vehicles for collection are:

A ute
A trailer
A van
A car with fully folding, flat back seats

Some smaller vehicles may also be suitable; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the table tops will fit before arriving for collection.
